Terms of service

Using ORIN

By adding ORIN to a server or using this website you agree to these terms. You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

Acceptable use

• Don't use ORIN to harass, spam, scam or harm anyone, or to break the law.
• Don't try to exploit, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the bot or its services.
• Server owners and admins are responsible for how ORIN is configured and used in their server, including informing their members about the data it tracks.

Free plan and Premium

ORIN is free to add. Premium is activated for a single server, is not transferable between servers, and unlocks the features marked Premium on this website. When Premium ends, the server returns to the free plan; saved data is kept as described in the privacy policy.

Premium may be removed from servers that break these terms. Payments are handled through the support server; refunds are decided case by case by the ORIN team.

Availability

ORIN is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it online and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be removed.

Removal of access

We may restrict or block servers or users who abuse the bot or break these terms. You can remove ORIN from your server at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ORIN and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the bot or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use ORIN means you accept it.
