What ORIN stores, why, and how you stay in control.

The short version
- ORIN stores counts and settings, not the content of your messages.
- On the free plan, no per-member data is stored.
- We don't sell data or show ads.
- You can ask for your server's data to be removed at any time.
What we store
Server settings — your server ID and the settings you configure: prefix, channels, roles, enabled or disabled commands, blacklists, and similar options.
Member statistics (Premium servers only) — keyed by Discord user ID and server ID:
- message counts per timeframe (never the messages themselves)
- time spent in voice channels, split by muted / unmuted / deafened
- invite statistics and join / leave records: who invited a member, the invite code, and join and leave times
- points balances and points history
- warnings, including the moderator ID and the reason typed by the moderator
- giveaway entries, AFK status and reason, quarantine records (including the roles to restore), and custom role keywords
Content you create — greetings, auto responders, embeds, containers and sticky messages exist only because you wrote them.
What we don't store
- The text of messages members send. The last deleted message in a channel is kept in memory only for the snipe command and disappears when the bot restarts.
- Private messages, passwords, payment card details or IP addresses of members.
How the data is used
Only to provide the features you turn on: leaderboards, rewards, giveaways, moderation records and so on. We don't use it for advertising or profiling and we don't sell it.
Who can see it
Members of your server can see what the bot's commands show them (for example a leaderboard). Data is stored with our database host and is not shared with other servers. Discord Inc. processes the messages and events ORIN receives under its own privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting data
- Data is kept while ORIN is in your server, and kept after Premium ends so it is there if you renew.
- Server admins can reset data with commands such as
clearinvites,clearvoice,clearmsgsandclearwarns. Members can reset their own withresetmyinvites,resetmyvoiceandresetmymessages. - To have all of your server's data permanently deleted, or your own user data removed, ask in the support server.
Children
ORIN follows Discord's minimum-age requirements and is not intended for anyone younger than Discord allows.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Continuing to use ORIN means you accept the updated policy.
