Questions about Premium
Is ORIN really free?
Yes. ORIN can be added to any server for free and comes with the General and Moderation commands that don't store data. Premium unlocks everything else — tracking, leaderboards, giveaways, automation, greetings, points and more.
What does Premium unlock?
Invite, voice and message tracking, leaderboards and live leaderboards, points and rewards, giveaways, auto responders and reactors, auto roles, greet and farewell messages, custom roles and VCs, embed and container builders with saved templates, command management, timers, warnings and the permission system.
Which permissions does ORIN need?
The easiest setup is Administrator. If you prefer to be specific: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Server (invite tracking), Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Manage Messages, Kick and Ban Members, Moderate Members and Connect/Move Members for voice tools. The Guide lists what each feature needs.
Do commands work with a prefix or slash?
Both. The default prefix is , (or mention ORIN), and you can change it per server. Most commands also exist as slash commands; the Fun commands are prefix-only.
Does ORIN read or store my messages?
No. ORIN keeps counts and settings — for example how many messages someone sent or how long they were in voice — not what the messages say. The only text it stores is text you configure yourself, such as greetings, auto responders, warning reasons and embeds. The last deleted message per channel (for the snipe command) is only kept in memory and disappears when the bot restarts.
How is invite tracking accurate?
ORIN compares invite uses on every join, handles limited-use invites and vanity URLs, flags accounts younger than your chosen age as fake, and recognises members who rejoin within seven days so they aren't counted twice.
How do I get Premium?
Open the support server and ask for Premium — you'll get it activated on your server right away. When it is about to end, ORIN reminds the server owner by DM three days and three hours before.
What happens when Premium ends?
ORIN stays in your server on the free plan and your saved data is kept, so everything comes back the moment you renew.
